OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2010. BNP Paribas the controlling shareholder of UkrSibbank has agreed with UkrSibbank’s minority shareholders to restructure the ownership of its affiliate by acquiring the 18,6% stake held by Mr. Aleksander Yaroslavsky, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

As a result BNP Paribas now owns more than 99.99 % of the bank’s shareholder equity.
