OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2010. Kazkommertsbank informs of its ceasing being a shareholder of Investment Group East Kommerts (Russia), reported the press-centre of KASE.

Kazkommertsbank has signed an agreement to sell its 50% stake in the Company to the second shareholder of the Company - EASTKOMMERTS PARTNERS LIMITED - registered in Cyprus.

The Bank intends to maintain its focus on its key markets. As a result of this transaction, the Bank's subsidiaries include banking subsidiaries in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan as well as local subsidiaries in pension fund management, asset management, brokerage and insurance.
