OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. Russia and France to obtain significant competitive advantages through uniting space technological potentials, Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin stated on Dec. 9 during the ХV meeting of the Russian-French Bilateral Cooperation Commission on the level of the Heads of the Governments.

 "Speaking about aviation and space, France and Russia have cumulated essential heritage here", Putin said. 

He added that Soyuz at CSG project became a token of cooperation between the two countries.

"Soyuz at Kourou became a token of cooperation. Russia and France to obtain significant competitive advantages through uniting space technological potentials. Due to this project, our countries will extend their presence in the commercial launch market, and to carry out scientific research”, the Chairman of the Russian Government stated.
