OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. Kazinvestbank (Almaty), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of additions and changes to its shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Mentioned additions and changes were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) on November 29, 2010 and were made due to additions and changes in Kazinvestbank Board of Directors composition, and the information on its shareholders each holding ten and more percent of shares from the total number of offered shares of Kazinvestbank.
