OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. Sakhalin Energy has issued EA Book. Best Practices - a book on the company’s experience in managing sustainable development projects, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications, reported the press-centre of Sakhalin Energy.

The innovative and pioneering Sakhalin-2 Project is well known for discovering unique engineering solutions, setting records during implementation and for its strategic importance to Russian and the Asia-Pacific region.

Sakhalin Energy’s experience in sustainable development is also unique and pioneering in many cases. Some of the partnership projects and social programmes have not been implemented in Russia or in any other countries.

The book presents Sakhalin Energy's activities in social sphere, environment protection, PR projects management.

Each case study describes the environment each project was set in, target audience and participants, project concepts, implementation process and results.

It is Sakhalin Energy’s intention to share its invaluable experience in managing manyPR issues.
