OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2010. KAMAZ will hold a conference for specialists of its service network and suppliers.

They will discuss the issues of assurance of quality of KAMAZ vehicles and their components there. The representatives of the company’s service centers on the territory of the Russian Federation, the CIS countries, and also suppliers of OEM components cooperating with the company through its purchasing and logistics department and KAMAZ-Diesel were invited to the conference. It is expected that 90 guests will arrive, including those from Bulgaria and Serbia. Yury Klochkov, First Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ – CEO; Eugeny Pronin, Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ of Sales and Service; managers and leading specialists of CEO’s block and KAMAZ FINANCE AND TRADING COMPANY; the representatives of quality services of all plants and joint ventures established by the company and its foreign partners will participate in the conference.

The previous conference of KAMAZ and its partners was held in July. Alexander Abramenko, Director of Quality Department, will inform the participants of implementation of decisions made at that conference. Danis Valeev, Chief Designer – Director of KAMAZ’s Research and Development Center, will report on improvement of quality of KAMAZ vehicles in 2010 and results obtained due to adoption of new engineering solutions. The plenary part of the conference will be held in the office of KAMAZ FINANCE AND TRADING COMPANY where the representatives of service centers and suppliers of KAMAZ will report on the issues of assurance of quality of KAMAZ vehicles within the warranty and after-sales period according to materials for 2010. Chief engineers of the company’s finishing production, KAMAZ-Diesel, Kama Press and Stamping Plant, and leading designers of R&D Center will also answer questions of the representatives of service centers.
