OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2010. Troika Dialog has once again been ranked as one of the "50 Dream Employers for Young Specialists" by Akzia Mass Media. Troika took 18th place in this year’s ranking, up four places from last year’s result.

According to Tatiana Tikhonova, Human Resources Director at Troika Dialog, "This latest recognition of Troika Dialog as one of the dream employers for young specialists and the company’s improved result over last year have further validated our HR strategy for working with students and recent university graduates. We have always highly prioritized our work with young specialists and we strive to grow our best employees within the company."

The rating "50 Dream Employers for Young Specialists" has been compiled by Akzia newspaper and its attachment "Akzia. Career" for the past five years and is meant to identify the company-employers most appealing to students, university graduates and young specialists with less than two years’ work experience. Companies are ranked according to such criteria as opportunities for career growth offered by the company, stability and salary amounts.
