OREANDA-NEWS. December 9, 2010. Company has put into operation its 189-apartment residential complex Aviator, located at 26 Komarova ave, Kyiv. The Certificate of Conformance was issued by the Inspectorate of State Architectural and Construction Control.

TMM acted as an investor and a general contractor of the project. The total cost of the project amounted to UAH 122.5 million. The construction works took place from December 2006 till September 2010. As of the date of the project's completion over 80% of the apartments were sold. Receipt of commissioning documentation allows the Company to recognize cash receipts from pre-sales of apartments in the project as revenue for the corresponding period.

Aviator residential complex (26 Komarova ave, Kyiv), which was named among Kyiv's best economy-class developments in 2010 according to Building magazine, represents a monolith-frame building consisting of two 22-storeyed residential sections and an underground parking. In order to provide electricity to the building, TMM constructed and equipped a transformer sub-station.

The total area of Aviator complex is 23 thousand sq m including:

total sellable area of  189 apartments – 14.2 thousand sq m,

area of commercial premises– 0.6 thousand sq m,

area of an underground parking for 43 lots– 1.4 thousand sq m.

Another TMM's project in Kyiv approaching completion is 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova st). Currently finishing works are underway at the project with 340 people working at the site daily.
