OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2010. Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE by an official letter of receiving statements of claims for recovery of debts, reported the press-centre of KASE

According to provided information, Astana-Nedvizhimost has received the following statements of claim:

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost and Profit House Astana regarding  recovery of outstanding loan repayment to the amount of KZT3,785,495,133.34 in the interest of Astana-Finance;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost and Trading House AN regarding recovery of debt to the amount of KZT176,368,604.67 in the interest of Astana-Finance;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost and Profit House Astana regarding recovery of debt to the amount of KZT3,527,348,079.35 in the interest of  Astana-Finance;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost and Carbonmash regarding recovery of debt to the amount of KZT468,555,771.99 in the interest of Astana-Finance;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost and Kazpolimertech regarding recovery of debt to the amount of KZT398,819,477.89 in the interest of Astana-Finance;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost regarding recovery of debt to the amount of KZT986,536 and penalty to the amount of KZT286,364 on a service agreement;

- a statement of claim to Astana-Nedvizhimost, Astana-Finance, Tax Department of Almaty district of Astana, Administrator of courts of Astana regarding release of pledged property of SEVERINO COMMERCIAL LTD.
