OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2010. IC Allianz ROSNO Life has achieved a significant increase in the volume of insurance premium written in the first 3 quarters of 2010. The growth equalled 75% relative to the 9 months of the previous year, with gross insurance premium written amounting to 79.8 mln roubles in absolute figures, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

In the 9 months of this year, gross premium written by Allianz ROSNO Life in the North-Western Federal Okrug reached 79.8 mln roubles, thus overriding the same period of the year 2009 by 75%. The company’s overall gross insurance premium written is 893.6 mln roubles, 86% above the result of the 9 months of 2009.

In the North-Western Federal Okrug, gross insurance premium written in life insurance, major business line of Allianz ROSNO Life, equalled 72 million roubles, demonstrating an increase by 84%. In accident insurance, the insurance premium written equalled 7.7 mln roubles, representing a 18% increase.

In the 9 months of 2010, Allianz ROSNO Life paid clients 3.2 mln roubles under life insurance contracts and 598 thousand roubles under accident insurance contracts in the North-Western Federal Okrug. The company’s aggregate insurance compensations paid in the reporting period equalled 119.3 million roubles.

In the North-Western Federal Okrug, IC Allianz ROSNO Life is represented in St. Petersburg, Vologda, and Cherepovets.
