OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2010. The Akzia Newspaper and its supplement, Akzia.Career, have summed up the results of The Young Professionals’ Top 50 Dream Employers, the fifth annual rating survey. ROSNO is the only insurance company included in this list, ranking 17th among the venerable Russian and international brands, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The rating has been compiled on the basis of the survey conducted among 2525 students, graduates and young professionals (with less than two years of work experience).

The peculiarity of this rating is that the respondents are not offered a ready-made list of companies; instead, they shall themselves insert the name of the company they wish to be employed by. To better understand the choice of the respondents, the rating organizers offered them to mark the criteria used by the former to evaluate potential employers: single out the most promising career field, specify the desired salary level at the starting job position, and confirm their intent to work in their professional field. This analysis has shown that the main criteria used by students and young professionals to decide on the company where their careers should be pursued are: career growth opportunities, salary level, and stability.

It is no secret that the presently evolving structure of insurance industry has started shaping quite recently, and often it is the insurers themselves who provide professional training to graduates to make them full-fledged professionals. IC ROSNO has been traditionally regarded as a source of qualified personnel for the insurance market, since the company has always attached great importance to educating employees within the company, improving their qualifications, and using innovative approaches in everyday work. Thus, the results of this rating serve as yet another evidence to this.
