OREANDA-NEWS. December 8, 2010. On December 7, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) an additional issue of ordinary shares of PJSC "Gaz-service" was offered for sale on the OJSC RTS market.

The Issuer’s additional issue of ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-09871-A-001D as of 02.11.2010) to the amount of 139,535,000 shares was provided for flotation.

The shares were traded at RUB215 per share.

139,535,000 shares of the Issuer (RTS code GAZSI) were floated on OJSC RTS.

ALOR INVEST Ltd (RTS trading member’s code ALORM) acted as the authorized seller (Broker) for the Issuer’s shares.
