OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2010. SOCAR delivered 1,175,155 bcm of gas to the state gas supply system in November. 260,505 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas was injected and 4,559 mcm of gas was collected out during November. A total of 919,209 mcm of gas was consumed in November. Of this total, 818,507 mcm of gas was supplied to population, industry and Azerenergy JSC. 21,966 mcm of gas was exported to Georgia, 60,797 mcm – to Russia, and 17,939 mcm of gas was supplied to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic via the territory of Islamic republic of Iran.

SOCAR has over-fulfilled plan on natural gas delivery for the last eleven months. SOCAR delivered 10,599,438 bcm of gas to the domestic supply system during January-November of the current year that is 1,182,938 bcm more than planned. Besides, 643,239 mcm of gas was collected out of underground gas storages for gas supply of the domestic industry, population and implementation of gas export, and 1,901,3 bcm of gas was injected to the storages.

Consequently, overall volume of the consumed gas for January-November makes 9,341,674 bcm. Of this total, 7,990,165 bcm of gas was supplied to population, industry, and Azerenergy. 300,430 mcm of gas was exported to Georgia, 759,434 mcm – to Russia, and 291,645 mcm of gas to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic via the territory of Islamic Republic of Iran.
