OREANDA-NEWS. December 7, 2010. The united company of Afisha and Rambler has bought the afisha.ua internet portal from Ukrainian holding KP Media. The deal is being carried out through Redflower Enterprises Ltd, part of the Interros holding. The sales agreement was signed on October 19, 2010. At the beginning of October the Ukrainian Anti-Monopoly committee gave permission for the purchase of the afisha.ua site.

An analogue of the Russian-language Afisha, the project www.afisha.ua is oriented towards active urban residents and covers interesting events and places in happening cities (Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk, Zaporozhe, and Vinnitsa). The site was launched in 2002. The average monthly visitors, based on information from KP Media, are more than 200,000 people.
