According to Lara Real Estate Agency’s data, a square meter of one-room apartments in November in Botanuica cost from 598 euros (Airport) to 722 euros; in Buiucani - 672-707 euros; in the Center - from 702 евро (Telecentru) to 823 euros; in Ciocani - frin 660 euros (Otovaska) to 673 euros, in Riscanovca - from 665 (Posta Veche) to 710 euros (Albisoara).

Two-room apartments cost in Botanica 559-664 euros for a square meter; in Buiucani - 660-671 euros; in the Center - 681-743 euros; in Ciocani - 616-662 euros; in Riscanovca - 643-699 euros. A square meter in three-room apartments in November 2010 in Botanica cost 507-597 euros; Buiucani - 565-580 euros; in the Center - 584-642 euros; Ciocani - 542-615 euros; Riscanovca - 574-615 euros.

Four-room apartments were sold at the price of 460-538 euros for a square meter in Botanica; 525-538 euros – in Buiucani; 522-574 euro – in the Center; 488-543 euros – in Ciocani, 538-558 euros – in Riscanovca.
