OREANDA-NEWS. December 07, 2010. IC ROSNO has concluded a combined mortgage insurance contract with a private client, providing insurance coverage in connection with purchase of an apartment in an upscale housing complex in Moscow, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract covers the insurant’s life and health against the risks of accident and sickness, as well as the latter’s property interests related to the risk of termination of ownership title, loss of, or damage to, the mortgaged property.

The contract has been concluded for 10 years. The insurer’s liability limit under this contract exceeds 200 mln roubles.
