OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2010. The Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies of Azerbaijan forecasts increase in scale of international telecommunications exhibition Bakutel.

Ali Abbasov, the communications minister, informs that next year the country will mark the 130th anniversary of professional holiday of ICT workers.

"In 2011 we intend to increase at least twice the scale of the exhibition and conference Bakutel. This event is highly appreciated in the ICT field by both domestic and international organizations,” the minister noted.

According to Abbasov, following this year ICT sector profit growth will be 30%. The index exceeds 3-fold the world’s average indicators in this sphere that confirms again intense pace of ICT market development in Azerbaijan.
