OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2010. By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors decision were approved amendments and additions # 1 (amendments) to the KASE internal document "Rules of Market- Makers Activities" new version (the Rules), reported the press-centre of KASE.

Amendments shall be submitted to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) for approval.

The date of the document effect shall be informed later.
 
Mentioned amendments stipulate editorial clarifications to Appendix 3 to the Rules "Specification of Currency Futures Market-Maker Status". In addition, the Rules were supplemented by Appendix 3-1 "Specification of KASE Index Futures Market-Maker Status" due to the upcoming KASE Index futures trading.

As previously informed, the Rules were approved by FSA on September 17, 2010 and shall become effective after technological amendments to the KASE trading system.
