OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2010. Center for Securities Market registered the emission of 10,998,000 ordinary nominal non documentary shares of Uktambank at the nominal price of 1,000 soum per share.

At least 25% of the bank's shares will be distributed by closed subscription at Uzbek Stock Exchange within a year starting 15 December. The rest of the shares will be sold at ex-pit transactions.

The shares will be sold at market price not less than the nominal price. The main places where shares will be sold are Uktambank building and UzSE.
