The amendments to the terms and conditions were submitted to the Financial Supervision Authority on 29 November 2010 and will enter into force on 1 January 2011.

The amendments are related to Estonia’s changeover to the euro as of 1 January 2011 and the primary objective is to replace the values expressed in Estonian kroons with equivalent values in euros in the terms and conditions of funds.

The amended terms and conditions can be reviewed at the website of SEB Varahaldus at www.seb.ee/fondid and in SEB branches all over Estonia. Unit holders have the right to receive clarification of the importance of the amendments of the terms and conditions.
