OREANDA-NEWS. December 3, 2010. The Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushestvo) sold off a 25.5% package in Iskitimcement for RUB 651.85 mn. The auction ended with only one bid, being RUB 7 mn in size. As a result, the auction was won by an LLC Maxstroy.

The same day, Rosimushestvo auctioned off 100% in Moscow-based NPO Nauka for RUB 211.13 mn: the package was acquired by an individual. The December 1 auctions replenished the federal budget with RUB 862.99 mn. We recall Iskitimcement is on the 2010 privatization list: the state stake in the company, with price forecast above RUB 500 mn, is potentially one of the five largest privatization targets in value terms.
