In the frames of the Business Forum “ Russian distributing grid complex on the way of modernization” took place the presentation of Renovation Program in the distributing grid complex Holding IDGC till 2020

As a problem, which restrains the innovation development, the participants underlined the lack of engineering and designing organizations. Holding IDGC tries to create the united technical policy, which will be clear for producers.  Long-term 5-years contracts for equipment supply, which suggest Holding IDGC, and clear technical and sales policy, will help the producers to provide the production planning.

The presentation of the conception of technical regulation in the sphere of capital construction included the report about requirements for contractors and peculiarities of price forming in the sphere of designing and construction of grid complex objects.
