OREANDA-NEWS. December 3, 2010. Roscosmos and NASA may sign a joint protocol this month which is to define further steps in implementation of different space programs, according to Roscosmos Head Anatoly Perminov.

Roscosmos Head said that the protocol might include joint missions to asteroids, the Moon, LEO operations.

"We also discussed NASA’s support in control of Russian interplanetary station Phobos-Grunt", Perminov added.

He also stated that the first human space launch from Vostochny was scheduled for 2018.
