OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2010. Imstalcon (Almaty), whose bonds are officially  listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copies of amendments to issue prospectuses of its first and second bond programmes, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned amendments were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) on November 23, 2010 and had been made due to changes and supplements to the management bodies and organizational structure of Imstalcon, as well as changes to general information and data on Imstalcon's authorized shares.
