OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2010.  The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Yury Boiko, Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister.

The parties agreed to set up two joint ventures: for coalbed gas production in Ukraine and for the Palasa structure development offshore the Black Sea.

Moreover, Alexey Miller and Yury Boiko continued to discuss further deepening of the strategic partnership between Gazprom and Naftogaz Ukrainy.
