OREANDA-NEWS. December 2, 2010. Effective December 2, 2010 quotation of ordinary and preferred shares of VOMZ (RTS Board ticker – vomd and vomdp respectively) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to state registration of the reports on the results of the securities issues (securities issues’ state registration numbers 1-02-02220-D as of  October 07, 2010and 2-02-02220-D as of October 07, 2010 respectively) that was placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value. Previously a par value equals one ruble, while new par value equals 2,000 rubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1777 securities of 1288 companies are included in RTS Board.
