OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Penza Region’s Government to pay interest on the sixth coupon and redeem 50% of the unredeemed par value of its Series 34002bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9.75% per annum, or 24 rubles 44 kopecks per bond, and 50% of the par value of the securities. In all, 524,440,000 rubles 00 kopecks was paid out.

Penza Region’s Government floated its three-year Series 34002 bond issue on November 27, 2007 to raise 1 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was the managing underwriter of the issue.
