Unimilk and Danone Merge Dairy Assets
OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2010. Unimilk and Danone have completed merging their dairy assets. According to OJSC Unimilk Company, Cypriot-based Unimilk Holdings Ltd., which had controlled 82.64% of the former’s shares, had fully quit its share capital and had sold its interest to Dairy JV (CIS) Holdings, also registered in Cyprus.
