On Tuesday, the UX closed only slightly up by 0.39%, ending the day at 2104.92. Trading was slow, with volume at a low UAH 167.2 mln. Much of the demand came from Ukrnafta (UNAF UK) and Centrenergo (CEEN UK), which traded UAH 35.3 mln and UAH 18.8 mln, respectively. Most stocks were down, and Ukrnafta, the highest weighted stock in the index, was responsible for most of the rise in the UX as the name added 4.42% for the day. A few other stocks bucked the trend and rose slightly: Alchevsk Iron & Steel (ALMK UK) added 0.12%, Ukrsotsbank (USCB UK) - 0.11%, Yasynivsky Coke (YASK UK) - 0.29% and Zakhidenergo (ZAEN UK) - 0.94%. Among liquid names the biggest losers were Ukrtelecom (UTLM UK), dropping 1.83%, and Donbasenergo (DOEN UK), which shed 1.55%.
