OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2010. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine premises the joint working group meeting between Government representatives and businessmen under the chairmanship of Minister of Finance Fedor Yaroshenko on the draft Tax Code approval has come to its end.

On the part of entrepreneurs the joint working group was attended by 6 people.

The representatives of businesses gave to the Governmental group demands made by small and medium business of Ukraine representatives. Employers insist on veto of the President of Ukraine for the adopted by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Tax Code. In case of execution of such requirements, they are ready to give constructive suggestions to develop a new version of the Tax Code.

During the meeting, the Minister of Finance Fedor Yaroshenko said that today most businesses complaints are for the second and fourteenth sections of the Tax Code. The Finance Minister proposed a compromise - to amend the second section of "Administration of taxes, duties (obligatory payments)" and delete Chapter 1 "Simplified taxation, accounting and reporting of small business" of the section XIV "Special tax regimes".

The entrepreneurs have reported that they would inform the small and medium business representatives on the proposal of the Government.
