OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2010. Placement of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Azerbaijan’s Express Bank has been held today at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The Bank reports that today it placed fully shares issue with state registration number AZ100200540P.

"As a result, our authorized capital is now 51.352 million manats," it was reported.

Within the issue with state registration number AZ100200540P Express Bank had the right to issue shares for 10,000,016 manats: 48,077 shares with face value of 208 manats each. The placement underwriter is Unicapital OJSC.
