OREANDA-NEWS. November 30, 2010. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov met with the Chairman of the Board of the Export-Import Bank of China Li Ruogu. During the meeting, Mykola Azarov suggested the leadership of China Eximbank to open an official representation in Ukraine.

"Our countries will implement major projects - it might make sense to open an official representation in Ukraine of the State Export-Import Bank of China" - he said.

The sides discussed prospects of cooperation and specific projects that the Government considers as priority to attract Chinese investors and credit. In particular, according to the Government, Ukraine is interested in investing in agriculture and infrastructure.
