November 30, 2010.As part of the Cooperation Programme between FAS Russia and the Polish Competition Authority for 2008-2010, a FAS Russia’s delegation, including Deputy Head of Moscow OFAS Russia, Alexander Tarkhov, and Deputy Head of Saratov OFAS Russia, Lyudmila Borisova, visited Polish Competition Authority to take part in training, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia’s representatives learned about the work of Polish Competition Authority and Polish antimonopoly law and were able to exchange experience in the field of competition enforcement in both countries.

Participation in such events allows Russian experts to study experience of other countries in competition policy, in view of different competition regulations and traditions of doing business in both countries, and acquaint foreign colleagues with changes in Russian competition law and practical aspects of FAS Russia’s work.
