OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2010. Kriukiv plant, the major Ukrainian railcar producer, has become one of the winners of a tender for railcar supply to Ukrazaliznytsia, the government representative announced Nov 26. The order may amount to USD 62.5mn, the full extent of EBRD credit line to Ukrzaliznytsia.

Millennium Capital considers the news as POSITIVE for KVBZ. The tender included three lots, namely, 500, 500 and 400 cars respectively. Although detailed tender results were not disclosed we expect KVBZ has got at least one of the first two lots (500 cars) that will bring additionally USD 26mn in revenue to the producer.
