OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2010. Products under Khlebnitsa trademark produced by the federal network of SAHO Group of Companies bread baking plants, awarded high estimate on the professional forum of international level.

Baked goods of SAHO bakers pointed out at once by three awards at the III International Review of Bread and Baked Goods Quality “National Traditions in the Bread Baking”, which was held from 10 to 13 October in Moscow.

Review of bread and baked goods quality is one of the important events of Russian bread baking branch. Exhibition, which is held within the frame of Review, traditionally brings together leading manufacturers of baked and sweet goods, suppliers of equipment, raw materials and ingredients. Also Review is the area where domestic and foreign manufacturers show their best products.

SAHO presented at the exhibition baked goods made at the Zvenigorod bread baking crop. Enterprise of the Federal bread baking net of Holding is awarded Grand Prize for the high quality and wide assortment of bread and baked goods. As the result of degustation, mixed rye-wheat bread “Donskoy”, bread “Tostovy Novy”, roll “Fancy with poppy filling”, puff “Lakomka”, puff “With cheese”, puff “Fancy with jam”, pie “Istrinskiy” have received the Diploma of I Level and Gold Medal. Italian country bread “Chibatta”, the formulation of which is developed by the Holding technologists under advisory support of Italian bakers.

As it noted in the Department of SAHO bread baking enterprises, the products pointed out on the Review id available to the residents not only Zvenigorod and several districts of Moscow region, but also other districts where the Holding bread baking plants apply.
