OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2010. FAS Russia received a petition of “Gazpromneft-Aero” CJSC (Registration No. 48883 of 11th October 2006) (the main state registration number: 1027700232614; location: 125 A, Profsoyuznaya St., Moscow, 117218, the Russian Federation) on acquiring 50 % shares of “Toplivno-Obespechivayushcaya Kompania” CJSC (the main state registration number: 1026500520540; location: office 301, 420, Prospekt Mira, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, 693004, the Russian Federation), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Having examined the materials enclosed to the petition, and governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for considering the petition for two months to be able to carry out an additional consideration and obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.
