OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2010. Pursuant to the company’s top management order, Mr. Maxim Pushkaryov has been appointed to the position of deputy CEO and head of the Bank Insurance Centre of OJSC IC ROSNO, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Mr. Maxim Pushkaryov will be heading the company’s new division — the Bank Insurance Centre, established in order to coordinate and expand ROSNO’s cooperation with all partner banks. Maxim will be in charge for organization of business processes in bank insurance both at the parent company level and in all regions where ROSNO operates. This business line is transferred to the scope of responsibility of the Deputy CEO because of the great importance of the development of this sales channel for ROSNO.

Mr. Maxim Pushkaryov was born in 1978 in Riga. In 2000, he graduated with honors from the RF State University "Higher School of Economics", receiving a bachelor’s degree. In 2002, he received a master’s degree in Strategic Management in the same university. Maxim started his career while still being a student. In 2000 to 2002, he worked in the Russian franchising division of the US company Alphagraphics, starting as a sales consultant and eventually being promoted to the position of head of the corporate sales division. In 2002 to 2003, he worked as a business development manager in CJSC JohnsonDiversey.

His career with ROSNO Group started in 2004, when Maxim was hired as a project manager in the Moscow Directorate of OJSC IC ROSNO. Later, he worked in the Regional Management Centre. In March 2006, Maxim was appointed the CEO of Insurance Company Allianz ROSNO Life and admitted to the company’s Management Board. In July 2007, he transferred to AIG (CJSC AIG Insurance and Reinsurance Company, presently carrying the name CJSC Chartis), where he was appointed the Vice President and assumed responsibility for Accident&Health operations.
