Svetlana Smirnova's key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the Company's personnel strategy and managing corporate HR departments.

Before joining the Company, Svetlana worked for an investment and construction company in the position of Deputy HR Director. Over the past ten years, Svetlana worked in the uSa in Chevron (USA) as Head of the HR Project, The Home Depot (USA) as Head of the HR Department, DSM Biomedical (The Polymer Technology Group) (USA) as HR Director.
