OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2010. The extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" has made decisions on increase of the charter capital and on closed (private) placing of the bank’s shares. Totally 85 m of units of ordinary registered shares in non-documentary form with face value in 10 UAH each are proposed for placing, reported the press-centre of FBK.

The total nominal value of shares makes 850 m UAH. The shares will be placed since 01 February till 31 March, 2011. Therefore, after the placement of all the shares of new issue the charter capital of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" will exceed 2,6 BIL UAH.

As a reminder, actually the amount of the registered and paid in fact charter capital of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" makes 1,8 BIL UAH.

The Public Joint Stock Company "Kreditprombank" is a stable universal commercial bank represented in the financial market of Ukraine since 1997. According to the NBU’s classification it is included into the group of the largest banks of the country.

The Bank provides full range of financial services for the corporate and retail clients, representatives of small and medium business and its customer base amounts to about 400 thousand of physical persons and more than 10 thousand of legal entities. As of 01 November, 2010 the national network of sale points of "Kreditprombank" included 12 branches, 172 outlets and Kyiv Regional Department.
