OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2010. The 15th International Exhibition Turkmenian Oil&Gas–2010 and the 14th International Conference Oil&Gas Industry of Turkmenistan: Present, Prospects, International Cooperation opened in Ashgabat today. A delegation of Stroytransgaz traditionally takes part in the event in order to strengthen partnership and broaden cooperation in oil and gas sector.

Stroytransgaz representatives will take part in plenary meetings and will tell the visitors of corporate showcase stand about the current activities of the company as well as its possibilities in the field of construction and reconstruction of oil and gas, energy and other infrastructural objects.

Stroytransgaz has been present in Turkmenistan since 2004. At present there is a branch office in Ashgabat and several construction offices in the regions of Turkmenia. During its presence on Turkmenian market Stroytransgaz has implemented a number of contracts for the delivery of oil and gas field equipment as well as drilling tools for the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. Stroytransgaz has also completed the construction of the Malai-Bagtyyarlyk gas pipeline. Currently the works for commissioning of gas dehydration unit and a pay-as-you-go metering station as a part of Central Asia–China Project are being finalized.

The 15th International Exhibition Turkmenian Oil&Gas–2010 and the 14th International Conference Oil&Gas Industry of Turkmenistan: Present, Prospects, International Cooperation will take place 17-19 November in exhibition centre Sergi Kosgi in Ashgabat. The events are organized by the Ministry for Oil, Gas, and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Hundreds of participants from different countries come together annually in order to exchange experience and discuss various aspects of exploring, production, storage, transportation, distribution and processing of oil and gas in Turkmenia.
