OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2010. Asaka state joint-stock commercial bank will hold extraordinary meeting of shareholders on 30 November.

The agenda will cover the bank's profit distribution on the results of nine months of 2010, increase of Asaka bank's charter fund.

Moreover it is planned to ratify decision on emission of ordinary nominal shares and introduction of changes and amendments to Asaka bank's charter.
