OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2010. The agreement was signed by Dorin Chirtoaca, Mayor General, and Victor Cornea, Director of the Turbine Real Estate Holdings LLC (USA) company that will finance the works and then will receive compensation from the municipal authorities.

The company with foreign capital Genesis International will be directly engaged in the repair. The loan with the 4.2% p.a. interest rate will be provided by installments at the request of the Chisinau City Hall. The first tranch in the amount of over 26.618 million leis will be allocated this year, and another two tranches, 66,439 million leis each, will be received in 2011. The first two tranches are to be repaid in a year, the last one – in 2 years.

The loan will enable to totally repair the Stefan cel Mare boulevard, Grigorii Vieru boulevard and Vadul-lui Vodskay street. Muncesti street, Ismail street, Dacia boulevard, Burebista, Tudor Strisca street, V.Lupu street will be partially repaired. Dorin Chirtoaca said the list might be added with the Zavodskaya and Grenoblya streets. All these streets are included into the list of 36 capital’s arteries to be repaired made up by the City Hall.
