OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2010. Having successfully contested the football 2009-2010 season, FC TITAN upgraded to the first league of the Ukrainian football championship. First league presence requires club facilities to be improved. That’s why action plan for the years 2010-2011 has been produced with the view to improving club facilities, footballers living conditions and amenities. Currently construction of the utility module is nearing its completion, with the washhouse particularly scheduled to be started on the 1st of December, and the rest of the units are scheduled to be started by the end of the year. Come the end of the football autumn season, restoration of the main field with grass surface replacement is to be commenced. The field will be covered during winter-time with the frost-resistant protective film; the deadline for the completion of the grassplot restoration is set to end on the 1st of March. Fans of the club are in for a big surprise – by the May, 2011, a new display board will have been bought and put into operation. Moreover, further modernization of the lighting masts and additional equipment of the stadium is planned, currently illumination system delivery tender is being held. The club facilities revamping measures announced by the club executives appear to be only the first stage of modernization plans the rest of which will be exposed already the next year.
