OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2010. Kazinvestbank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on December 10, 2010 at 16:00 starts its shareholders special general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The agenda only issue is approval of the bank charter new version.

The meeting will be held at: Almaty, 172, Dostyk Ave.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated meeting will be held on January 10, 2011 at the same time and address.
