OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent for Uralsviazinform OJSC that authorized it to pay interest on the second coupon on its Series BO-01 bonds and redeem 100% of their par value before they were due to mature, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 10.8% per annum, or 53 rubles 85 kopecks per bond, and also 100% of the par value of the securities. In all, the Bank paid 1,053,850,000 rubles 00 kopecks, less the tax withheld.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its three-year Series BO-01 bond issue on November 5, 2009 to raise 1 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was the managing underwriter of the issue.
