OREANDA-NEWS. November 19, 2010. KredAgro has finished the process of transfer from non-banking credit organization into close joint-stock company.

The State Committee for Securities informs that in connection with its transformation the Committee registered an issue of KredAqro shares with state registration number AZ100100916P. The Company issued 4,523 shares with par value of 1 manat each.

As a result, KredAgro’s authorized capital was paid at the level of 4,523 manats.
