OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2010. It is planned to create the special organization, responsible for elaboration of sectoral standards of energy audit, and control for its implementation.

15 November 2010, the Holding IDGC board of directors meeting, took place in the Ministry of Energy under the chairmanship of Minister of Energy Sergey Shmatko 

There were discussed the problems of energy efficient increase in the grid complex. On the base of methodical and normative-legal documents, elaborated by Holding IDGC, all the IDGC companies will introduce production of high-tech power grid equipment, install up-to-date accounting devises, and optimize the business-process. 

The centre of the Energy efficiency increase Program is scientific-research engineering centre of Holding IDGC. The main functions of this organization are: elaboration of scientific – technical policy, engineering maintenance of renovation and Energy efficiency increase programs, creation of joint scientific and production companies, including foreign partners. 

According to the investment programs 2011-2015, Holding IDGC companies will invest 46,63 billion Rub ( including VAT) in organization and modernization of electric power accounting system.
