OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2010. Holding IDGC  wants to use two-part tariff for the electric power. The tariff includes the fee for power capacity (maintenance of grid sector) and the fee for consumed electric power. 

If you order the capacity 15 kW – pay for the maintenance of networks15 kW Even if the consumption is 2 kW, the consumer must pay for the maintenance of networks 15 kW.

I would suggest to be guided by the physic of the process, it is really simple.  We maintain the certain volume of the networks all the year round. But the consumption is different. It depends on a season. That is why we fix the price for the concrete transmission kW/h and for maintenance of all megawatts of capacity.

Holding IDGC is going to discuss the specific of tariff forming to the government agencies which are responsible for the tariff’s fixing and to the federal antimonopoly service.
