Effective November 18, 2010 the parameters of the state registration number of ordinary shares of ТМК  (RTS Tplus 0 Market ticker – TRMK, RTS Standard ticker - TRMKG)   will be changed. New parameters of the state registration number will be 1-01-29031-H as of 26.07.2001.

The parameters will be changed, due to cancellation of the individual number (code) 002D of the state registration number 1-01-29031-H-002D as of 29.04.2010 that was assigned to the additional issue.
