OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that its shareholders taking part in the extraordinary meeting held in absentia on November 8 made decision on payment of dividend for 9M 2010.

99.6265% shareholders having right to vote voted for this decision.

Total amount of dividends on common shares for 9M 2010 is to be RUB798,111,000. Aggregate sum of dividends on preferred shares for the same period is to amount to RUB532,075,000. Thus the aggregate amount of dividend on all types of shares is to be RUB1,330,186,000; this represents 25% of the company's net profit for the first nine months of 2010. This is more than the amount of dividends for 9M 2009 (RUB1,264,627,250).

An amount of dividend on one common share is to be RUB0.5085555 (or 0.0000000095579889% of the company's net profit for 9M 2010). A sum of dividend on one preferred share will amount to RUB1.1163016 (0.0000000209802046% of the company's net profit for 9M 2010).
